They choose dates, enter their details, and pay securely via Stripe. You receive a confirmation email, and the payment goes to your bank account. Plus, your Airbnb, Stayz, and connected calendars are blocked automatically.

What if my payout setup is still being approved?

Your Property Page still goes live straight away. While Stripe is approving your payout details, guests can send an enquiry instead of paying online. Online checkout switches on automatically as soon as your payouts are ready - no action needed from you.

Do I need to build a website?

No. Simply paste your Airbnb listing URL and StayHive imports your photos, description, amenities, and pricing in seconds. You can edit everything later in the StayHive Dashboard.

When do I get paid?

Direct booking payments are paid out to your bank account on Stripe's standard schedule. For new Stripe accounts, the first payout is typically scheduled 7-14 days after the first successful payment; later payouts follow your Stripe payout schedule. You set this up once during onboarding.

They can find it, check dates, and get an exact quote. They send the guest a StayHive checkout link. The guest enters their details and pays in the browser via Stripe. StayHive never holds the money. Results in AI answers are not guaranteed.

Is having my own Property Page allowed by Airbnb and Stayz terms?

Yes. Having your own Property Page and Booking Links outside those platforms is generally permitted. Airbnb and Stayz typically restrict redirecting guests away from inside their own listings or messaging flows.
